Tamarind Barbados
by Angie stone, stay date: 29 Sep 2011
Loved the tamarind hotel, went with my husband and 6 yr old daughter. The kids club is amazing and the staff are so friendly. They have a pet turtle called chubby that my daughter would not leave alone. Rooms were great with flat screen tvs and I was even able to borrow a DVD player from the hotel when the rain fell. Food is good, beach and swimming pools are great, all in all had a fab trip. One tip for those staying here is to buy soft drinks and snacks from the petrol station just 2 minutes walk away oh and pizza if you want. Thank you Carole good choice of hotel at a great price.

Tamarind Hotel In Barbados
by Brett, stay date: 09 Dec 2011
I would like to write a couple of comments that people considering going on holiday to Barbados and choosing Tamarind may benefit from. Firstly this is the best hotel in Barbados when it comes to being child friendly, they have a great kids club and the staff are excellent, when we were there there were 5 staff all happy and wanting to play with the kids. They even have there own tortoise resident pet called Chubby. They have all sort of activities geared up for the kids like painting, movies, xbox, wii and even sleeping areas. They also take the kids swimming in one of the pools which is located right next to the kids club. Moving on to the food well after having stayed at Tamarind previously a few years ago and now more recently the food has come a long way since, I would now say that the quality of the food is as good as any top restaurant within Barbados. The whole resort has had a massive renovation and its fantastic, comfy loungers, beach chairs, wicker chairs with cushions and very well kept gardens. The watersports on offer are very good with fantastic equipment. All in all I would go back again and this has to be one of the best family holidays I have been on. If anyone would like more info on my trip just drop me a comment.

Great Honeymoon
by Miriam Walters, stay date: 01 Nov 2011
I have never written anything online before but considering what a great holiday I had I felt compelled to. Kenwood Travel were fantastic from start to finish, i dealt with Lai who knew this hotel inside out as reccomended it to me and for that inside knowledge I had a great holiday. The beach was good with large puffy sunloungers that I spent hours tanning myself on. The room were very comfy with all modern cons and most importantley were that the staff at the Tamarind were amazing. I would definatley go back and visit the Tamarind and hope to do so. Wonderful...
