Breezes Grand Negril Resort & Spa on the resort's crescent beachfront of fine white sand extending 3 km around Bloody Bay, in which the Caribbean Sea remains calm in most weather conditions. The resort has  one main pool  and a dipping pool on  the clothing-optional beach, as well as five Jacuzzis. The resort's clothing-optional section features its own  private  beach  and 12-person spa tub  plus beach bar  and grill .

The all inclusive watersports at Breezes Grand Negril Resort & Spa with instruction  includes kayaks,  sailboats, windsurfers, waterskiing, snorkelling and dive centre with full instruction and equipemnt.   The  dive centre provides a scuba-diving certification course  plus night dives at additional cost.    

Landsports at Breezes Grand Negril Resort & Spa include four tennis courts (two lighted)  Volleyball, Fitness centre with aerobics and yoga classes are conducted on an oceanfront deck.
