Sandals Convert!

A Sandals holiday had always conjured an image of perhaps being a bit "sunshine happy" for my taste. So I embarked on my first Sandals holiday with an open mind but a small bit of trepidation! All my fears were allayed on arrival at Sandals Royal Caribbean as we were greeted by a great concierge team and shown to our fantastic room. The all-inclusive on offer here was brilliant and the fact that we could use Sandals Montego Bay, a 5 minute shuttle up the road, was even more impressive. This resort has a great signature Thai restaurant, you board a traditional boat to reach it, which took me back to Asia for the night. The resident Thai chef cooks very authentic fare. We spent days lazing on the pristine beach and soaking up the sun and evenings socialising with other couples over a few cocktails and a sing song, which went well into the night at the piano bar. The highlight was to be the catamaran cruise, hosted by the enthusiastic team who were hell bent on making sure that everyone left the boat merry! I will definitely consider a Sandals holiday in future, there was nothing to worry about after check in, than getting involved and having a memorable time in sunny Jamaica!
