Spanning over two hundred acres, Sandals La Toc Golf Resort & Spa is a resort of such magnitude, that you will always find new places to explore. Here you will find every possible setting for seduction, from acres of gardens, to the brilliant green fairways of the resort's executive golf course, to a private sanctuary that is perched atop the edge of an oceanside bluff. The hills and valleys of the La Toc estate are a voyage of discovery that leads straight to your heart.

The following water sports are included in your package - kayaks, windsurfing, sailing, waterskiing, snorkelling, hobie cats and scuba diving.  There are 3 pools, 4 whirlpools, a special pool for scuba and 2 swim-up bars. Discover Scuba Diving available for beginners at an additional fee and PADI certification also available at an additional fee.

Land activities include table tennis, a fitness centre, beach volleyball, billiards, shuffleboard, croquet, board games, lawn chess and basketball courts.

For those who love golf the resort offers a magnificent course with rolling hills and majestic fairways directly on the premises. With 9 greens, the narrow fairways make the course a challenge for the best of golfers. Green fees are included. Caddies are not included but mandatory. Golf carts and clubs can be rented for an additional charge.

For those who love being pampered there is The Red Lane® Spa that offers a variety of treatments and massage rooms, including a couples massage rooms.

Every evening features live entertainment and every night has it’s own theme e.g. Lovers Night, Pirates Night and Beach Party. The Red Lane® Spa (payable locally) is a sanctuary for mind, body and soul with a variery of treatments available.
