Known as the Emerald of the Caribbean for a reason, the Sandals La Toc Resort glitters invitingly on the half-mile of beach in St Lucia. The 210-acre estate is actually surrounded by a rainforest as well as the spectacularly sand-powdered beach and guests who stay here can enjoy incredible views of one of the most naturally beautiful islands in the Caribbean.
