The Air holidays and flights shown are ATOL protected by the civil aviation authority either under ATOL 5664 or where we act as retail agents for licensed tour operators when the relevant ATOL number with each holiday is shown. The flight bookings we make are also ATOL protected except where tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24hrs of payment being accepted or where your payment is made direct to the airlines.

We deal with hundreds of enquiries from clients enquiring about various holidays worldwide. Some are straight forward; some can become multi stopover and complex.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate clearly on the phone with a good telephone manner, you must be a clever negotiator with the ability to deal with your client diligently.

We are not looking for booking clerks; we are looking for the best in the business. 

You need to have a solid holiday sales background; you need to have experience and an understanding of nett airline contracts & hotel contracts + reservations systems (ie. Worldspan, Viewdata )

Our call centre is open 7 days a week. You need to make sure you are not afraid to work long hours.
