I returned home from our holiday in Orlando earlier this week which I booked through Kenwood Travel ( I spoke to Pamela on the phone and thought she was very efficient) and I would just like to say how very impressed I am with your company.
The whole holiday went very smoothly from the initial booking to the superb Virgin flights and the perfect 7 seater hire car insured for 2 that you sorted for us.
The villa was very impressive with a great pool and we even had our theme park tickets through you.
I will definitely use Kenwood Travel again ( thinking of Cancun next time) and I won't hesitate to recommend you to all my relatives and friends in the future.

It's nice to find a company as good as yours is these days so keep up the good work.

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for the excellent service I received when booking my Florida flydrive at the weekend.   Prior to speaking to you, I had done a lot of research on the Internet for flydrive packages and was struggling to find availability at an affordable price for my family of four next Easter to Florida. The price itself you offered me was excellent and cheaper than buying directly from Virgin themselves!  What clinched the deal for me however was your professional yet very friendly phone manner. Nothing was too much trouble for you and I was pleased that you took the time to explain the details and advantages of the holiday you were offering. I felt completely reassured that you were offering me a very flexible package - just as well as I was (and still am) unsure of which accommodation to book!   You managed to be informative and helpful but without being at all pushy - just what I needed!
 
So all in all a big thank you for your excellent customer service - I am sure I am one of very many who has booked through Kenwood as a result of your superb customer service skills!

The Pineapple was great, the room was the best room at the Hotel. We will go back next year to the same hotel and room. BMI up grade was not as good as Virgin. The seats were not as wide but all in all is was ok.

I will contact you when we are ready to book our next holiday.

Just had to call you to say thankyou for  organising our stay so nicely at Grosvenor house Dubai.  We loved Emirates flight! We were upgraded to a luxury suite which was really Luxurious indeed!  The hotel was suberb, even if it had another building going up alongside within 25 feet!!!  we were amazed at the way the workers worked through such heat and the speed of work - 1 floor higher,  every four days!
Enough of that - now we want to go to Thailand!  We have two friends who are going with us - they have been doing some research and have one or two quotes but we were so impressed with you service I wanted to call you too before we make any final arrangmenets.

A big thank you for organising all the transfers etc so efficiently - everyone was really good.  The holiday was superb!  EVA versus Emerites  - we thought not quite as good because the food with Emerites was superb and with EVAa little mediocre.  Also we thought the footrest with Emerites was better - but not a lot in it!  Central Krabi Bay resort was FANTASTIC!  Expensive to eat there although we did becasue it was so good!  It was so quiet and relaxed and food was superb!  Banyan Treet food was fantastic too - we did eat on the last night in the Vertigo Restaurant which was Top of the World, but the Saffron Restaurant on the first night was equally good!  Condoms and Cabbages Restaurant was also excellent and we went on a rice barge on the river one night,  food rubbish but the experience delightful - so wouldn't have missed it! 
Our trip up country to Chaing Mai was smashing, although it did lack the quality exeriences we had in Bangkok and Krabi!  The Thai people aredlightful,l always smiling and lots of time for each other and their visitors.  All in all a super holiday and we must thank you for your input - you have given us escellent service!  Also Wendy and John were delighted with their bottle of bubbly from the Banyan Tree - not only was it their wedding anniversary whilst we were there but it was also Wendy's 64th Birthday!  So we did celebrate in style!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Couples Negril.   We couldn’t fault it apart from the fact we had to change our accommodation but that was easily sorted out. The food, wine, beach, pool, water sports etc were all terrific.   Thank you very much for suggesting it.    Also Air Jamaica were excellent apart from being late leaving London!!!!

We are thinking about an all inclusive holiday in April next year but thought maybe one of the islands around Thailand.   Any ideas please?

I had originally asked to stay at the Turtle Beach but it was recommended that I consider the Crystal Cove. Having taken a trip over to Turtle Beach I am delighted that I didn’t stay there, as the family would have hated it.

As you and I know, this is one of the major benefits of travel agents over the internet and direct bookings - a fact that is not highlighted enough to the travelling public and I greatly appreciate the advice and experience of your staff.

Also the champagne on-board for Pamela was a very nice touch!

The Grand Pineapple Beach was a great hotel, and at a price that really was cracking deal - thank you so much for sorting everything out at such late notice!

There were a couple of families that we spoke to at the Pineapple Beach that had booked through Kenwood and we were all agreed that the deals and the service had been excellent. Good resort although the Al Bandar much nicer than Al Waha.
Only flying with a bed long haul now!

Just to say your recommendation of Couples Negril was spot on, so thanks for that!  The food was fantastic (like you, probably some of the best food we have eaten and we have eaten in Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver’s restaurants) service great and up until 1st Jan the diving great for Mark!.  I will be writing a glowing review on trip advisor for the hotel.

Well ... Bay Gardens Beach is just a dream !!!      You were so right !
What a fantastic gem of a find.  The hotel was spotless and modern, 
and the staff couldn't have done more for us if they tried - yet they 
weren't pushy or over the top.  The food's superb and the beautiful 
beach location is perfect.  We ate there a few times, and also at Buzz 
and The Edge which were excellent too.  So pleased we upgraded the 
room to a pool view - many a bottle of wine was consumed on an evening 
on our lovely balcony just looking
out over the pool to the beach  ;-)    Thank you also for arranging our
complementary dinner for us.   We used it for their beach BBQ which of
course was excellent.   I don't normally 'recommend' hotels to friends as
everyones tastes are so different - but I wouldn't hesitate with Bay 
Gardens Beach.

Thanks for all your help.   We are hoping to squeeze a break in during
July - will be straight back onto you !

Just thought I would let you know that my wife and I have just returned from the Hawksbill Resort in Antigua (Virgin).
It was the most wonderful and relaxing holiday, the very best we have ever had. We got 2 x room upgrades and ended up in one of the newest rooms with air con. Great staff, Great food and excellent cocktails.
We are going back next year, same time as it was so quite (only about 50 guests!).
I would recommend this location to anybody.
Antigua is great and well chilled out!
