The Al Waha hotel is the largest of the three that make up Shangri-La’s Al Jissah Resort and Spa, located on the bay at Barr Al Jissah with its mixture of its pristine beach, sparkling blue waters, luscious palm trees and the mountain range that it sits at the foot of, it truly is a sight to see.

The on-site spa, Chi, provides you with everything you need to relax and recharge your batteries. Featuring the largest spa villas in the whole of Muscat, this spa genuinely does give you levels of luxury, privacy and peace that nowhere else can provide you with. It also features an ice fountain, a herbal steam room, tundra and tropical showers, a vitality hydro pool and much, much more.

Otherwise, for the more adventurous types, there is always the option of heading off on one of the many nature excursions, organised by the resort. These include the likes of scuba diving, snorkelling, turtle nesting and whale and dolphin watching. There are also plenty of children and family based amenities such as the Kids Zone, the Adventure Zone, the Lazy River, the Kid’s Pool and the Splash Pad to name a few.
