Grand China 11 days Overview
A great 11-day introduction to China visting the bustling cities of Beijing, Xian and Shanghai and also including a 3 night cruise on the famous Yangtze River.
Day 1 – Arrive Beijing
Arrive Beijing, be met and transferred to Shangri-La hotel for 3 nights.
Day 2 – Beijing
A full day excursion to the Great Wall of China and Ming Tombs.
Meals: Breakfast & lunch
Day 3 – Beijing
Full day tour to Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and Summer Palace. Evening Peking Duck dinner.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch & dinner.
Day 4 – Beijing / Xian
Visit Temple of Heaven in the morning, then transfer to airport for flight to Xi’an. Upon arrival in Xi’an, be met and transferred to Sofitel hotel for 2 nights' stay.
Meals: Breakfast & lunch
Day 5 – Xian
Full day tour to include Terracotta Warriors and Horses, Bell Tower and Big Wild Goose Pagoda.. Evening Tang Dynasty Dinner Show.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 6 – Xian / Chongqing
Visit Provincial Museum, City Wall, and Great Mosque, then transfer to airport for flight Xi’an/Chongqing. Upon arrival in Chongqing, be met and transferred to pier to board Victoria Cruise. Cruise sets sail at 9pm.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 7 & Day 8
On Yangtze river taking in the amazing sites of the gorges.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 9 – Yichang / Shanghai
Cruise arrives Yichang at about 1:30pm. Be met and transferred to airport for flight Yichang/Shanghai. Upon arrival in Shanghai, be met and transferred to Broadway Mansions for 2 nights.

Day 10 - Shanghai
A full day’s sightseeing to include Shanghai Museum, YuYuan Garden, Jade Buddha Temple and the Famous Bund.
Meals: Breakfast & lunch
