Things to do whilst on holiday
Bicycle tours are a great way to see the capital, and you won’t have trouble finding one of the many riding companies available. Discover the parks, markets and religious sites (straying from the more dangerous main roads) and see something new. Imagine peddling through the bustling Khao San Road as you stop off for a quick bite to eat.
For the sports enthusiasts among you, check out a Muay Thai boxing bout. Observe the sports paradoxical mix of skill and pure brute force as Thai boxers line-up against one another for sporting glory.
This world capital has such a rich sense of history that you can’t visit without learning more. Take a look at The Ancient City where you can experience a downsized model of Thailand with structures mimicking historical sites in precise geographical configurations.

Every major city has a Madame Tussauds Wax museum and Bangkok isn’t any different! But at this wax museum you’re encouraged to step behind the velvet rope and hug, touch and kiss the celebrities and stars of the world.
Weather
Situated fourteen degrees north of the equator, you’ll find that this part of the world constantly sees the sun. We’d recommend visiting from November to February and catching the cooler season. From March to April the hotter season will be in full swing, while from May to October you’ll be in the midst of the wet season. No matter what season, make sure you drink a lot of fluids and try not to dress too heavily, keeping things light and airy.
