Phu Chaisai Mountain Resort & Spa, one of the first boutique hotels in the North of Thailand, distinguishes itself as a family-run resort with a unique concept originated from the inspiration of M.L. Sudavdee Kriangkrai, Thailand’s leading interior designer.

Phu Chaisai aims to be an environmentally-friendly and self-sufficient resort. The resort has gone beyond the green concept starting from design, construction, and interior décor to even having a green lifestyle of cultivating a tea plantation, gardening, herbs and fruit farm for the cuisine selection. Drinking water undergoes a Reverse Osmosis (RO) process – a highly recognized water purification system, guaranteeing safe consumption.

Phu Chaisai Resort & Spa also supports the local community by employing local villagers and hill tribes. Phu Chaisai Mountain Resort Activities

Elephant Riding - In resort's own mountains and jungle, you will have delightful experience riding the elephants in the safe howdah. The shortest ride is 30 minutes around the resort. For 1 hr ride, you will explore the nature while sitting on the friendly creatures, visit the hill tribe village, and watch the romantic sunset from the hilltop.

Pottery Class - It is strongly recommended to use your imagination with the clay and experience sensation of the clay. A professional potter sits at the pottery-making corner waiting to teach and advise you on how to make the clay to be in gestures. Hotel also offer baking and delivery services.
 
Thai Cooking Class - A great experience to learn famous Thai cuisine with Khun Nor, a well experienced executive chef. Khun Nor will share with you her cooking secrets including ingredients, preparation and presentation tips of the most popular Thai dishes. At the end of the class, you will enjoy dinning delicious food in the beautiful surrounding of the Phu View restaurant.

Umbrella Painting Class - Creating your imagination and painting skill on the paper umbrella and taking home with you your own unique style of umbrella as souvenir.  

Horse Riding - Enjoy horseback riding with Khun Mok, a well-experienced horseman who will teach you the ropes of riding a smaller breed of horse that is said to have come from Mongolia. The adventure begins at the Sree Mok farm near by the resort through the peaceful mountains and jungle region of Phu Chaisai.
 
Walk Rally & Trekking - Guided and Lead by professional local staff on a trekking tour from the resort to the Phu Camp where the delicious Thai lunch will be served. Sighting on the way flocks of teal and tea plantation and experience tea picking and testing. Return to the resort from the Phu Camp by the Bamboo raft and enjoy romantic dinner at Hilltop Villa.

Rafting - Take your pick of the leisurely bamboo rafting on tranquil rivers in the North or the more exciting whitewater rafting. If you are not a shrinking violet then give it a go!
