La Flora Resort & Spa Overview
La Flora is a boutique resort featuring 70 rooms and villas. The resort is located on the mainland in Khao Lak about one hour North of Phuket International Airport. Exotic Location, modern design with casual polite service, are the main attractions of this boutique resort with its beach frontage onto the Andaman Sea. Khao Lak is a microcosm of tropical wilderness and unspoiled nature along a 30-km stretch of the Andaman coast overlooked and bypassed by mainstream tourism, until recently, this ‘off-the-beaten track' destination has been the best kept secret among a handful of predominantly European world travelers in search of pristine nature and wide open spaces far away from the crowds and nightlife.

In order to keep your stay relaxing, but never unexciting, the resort offers a wide and balanced range of activities. From water sports, fitness and tennis, to mountain biking and interesting courses, the program leaves nothing to be desired and provides sufficient variety, even for the most active guests.
The La Flora Resort & Spa offers two appealing, yet entirely unequal swimming pool experiences. Right at the beach, you may take a dive in the infinity-edge pool and enjoy the illusion of a pool, seamlessly flowing into the sea, or take a refreshing drink or snack at the pool bar. The second pool is a large free-form pool which nestles through the resort, creating many tiny private bays. It has Jacuzzi-jets in many locations and encircles the La Flora waterfall in its center. The free-form pool is directly linked to the kids pool which features permanent lifeguard surveillance and latest rescue technology.
Water Sports and other activities include windsurfing, sea kayaks, frisbee, darts, beach ball, badminton, beach volleyball, beach soccer, sailing (Hobie Cat), Hobie Getaway 16’, Hobie Bravo 12 ’, snorkeling, fishing. Charges may apply.
The fitness centre includes treadmill, exercise bikes and weight resistance equipment. The tennis court is open daily. Other activities include mountain bikes and Thai boxing. Lessons can also be arranged for a variety of activities.
