Indigo Pearl Overview

The Indigo Pearl in Phuket was designed to reflect and recall the heritage of the land upon which it is built. In particular, the history of the region as a tin mining centre was drawn upon as inspiration for the design. The result is a unique and sophisticated resort which both seamlessly melds into the tropical natural beauty of its environment and channels interesting aspects of the region’s history.

At the Indigo Pearl you can indulge in all manner of delights. From soaking in one of the infinity pools to lying on the soft sands of the resort’s golden beach to spending an hour or so receiving a soothing treatment in one of the eight rooms of the Coqoon Spa.

There are plenty of attractions in the local area as well. You can spend a fascinating morning observing morning alms at a nearby temple, discover all the charms, smells and curiosities of the weekend local market, or play some golf at one of the nearby courses.

Indigo Pearl Accommodation

Premium Pearl Bed Suites - High ceilings, the Premium Pearl Bed Suite features a large bedroom with wide window views, king-size bed and a designer writing desk. The bathroom offers a separate shower and his and her toilet rooms. The suite's outdoor terrace is furnished with a daybed and a soaking outdoor tub. The ground level suites feature an extensive garden pavilion; the higher leveled suites overlook the infinity pool and the peaceful lagoon. Rooms offer 65 square metres of interior space and abundant terrace.

D-Buk Suites - Private sanctuary. Nestled on the garden levels of the resort, the D-Buk redefines luxury. Every detail was carefully planned to ensure your absolute comfort. Elegant design, natural light, warm hues and subtle touches of industrial artistry. This plush suite has been crafted with room for a king-sized bed and an oversized day bed, creating an idyllic family accommodation. The elegant en-suite bathroom features double-sink vanity counters crafted from vintage furnishings and enriched with original industrial art. Take in inspiring views of the resort's abundant tropical landscape from private terraces off the living area and access to the large a terrace where stunning views await to enliven the senses. The suites offer 76 square metres of interior space and 2 terraces of 6 square metres each.

Pool Pavilions - A spectacular interplay of rich wood and stone. Spot-lit wonders of imagination and colour. Pool Pavilions boast a refreshingly cooling plunge pool housed in intimate surroundings for the ultimate indulgence. The Pool Pavilions offer 112 square metres and a plunge pool of 8 square metres.

Black Tie Suite - Rawhide and fine top hats. A gentlemen's club with quirks of Andy Warhol adorning its interiors. This open-plan yet intimate one-bedroom suite features an in-room spa treatment area and extensive outdoor lounging space overlooking the resort's lush landscape and pools.

Tuxedo Suite - Black and white stripes exuding 1960's sophistication. Splashes of floral scarlet and luxurious upholstered armchairs. A separate bedroom, living, dining and spa treatment areas are complemented by luxurious outdoor living, with an over-sized daybed on the terrace overlooking the main pool surrounded by tropical greenery.

Pearl Botanica Suite Foliage - Natural. Refreshing. A palette of greens adorned with exotic plants. A tranquil scene overlooking the resort's own tropical haven, the suite provides ample room to relax and unwind, with spa beds and an outdoor living area. A touch of Eden inspired by original art pieces.

Pearl Botanica Suite Floral - An enchanted floral garden. Fresh pink blooms against stripes and the scent of birds-of-paradise. Revel in rose in this one-bedroom suite with its own spa treatment area and bath of champagne and orchids with picture windows framing the resort below.

Moken Suite - Blue sky and fresh sea breezes. The Moken - wandering sea dwellers believed to have been the first inhabitants of the Andaman coastal regions of Thailand. This two-bedroom duplex is decked in nautical blue and white, with a sunken terrace jacuzzi, in-suite sauna and private walk-through art gallery.

Captain Miles Suite - Brass treasure chests and walls of rough timber. Named after Captain Edward Thomas Miles, an Australian who brought the first tin dredger to Phuket in 1909, this self-contained two-bedroom suite is reminiscent of your very own ship, with unobstructed views and surprising niches revealing a sauna, jacuzzi, massage beds and an open gallery.

Presidential Bensley Suite - The Bensley Suite: the signature masterpiece of Indigo Pearl. Named after renowned designer and architect Bill Bensley, the Bensley Suite, a genuine inspiration of contemporary design warmly blended with hues of orange and chocolate-browns, boasts its own pool with suspended sundeck, garden sala for in-suite spa treatments, and an outdoor tub offering glimpses of the Andaman at sunset. The vast garden is walled by celebrated abstract artist Sean Scully's reproduced "Wall of Light" series and the "Untitled 1969" gouache on paper. Pure indulgence.

Black Ginger - Floating magically on the softly lit lagoon, the jewel in Indigo Pearl's crown. Authentic flavours of Phuket in a modern masterpiece of ancient Thai architecture. Sample rare southern delicacies such as crispy fried shrimp and battered cha-plu leaves drizzled with sweet chilli sauce, “roll your own” spring rolls with minced crab and pork, chilli purée, coriander and fresh vegetables with sweet tamarind sauce wrapped in a rice-flour pancake, or Pak Tai Yellow Curry with fish fillet and an assortment of vegetables.
