Nestled among groves of majestic paperbark trees is The Reef Retreat, a low-rise collection of boutique studios, suites, spa suites and 2 bedroom villa. This Palm Cove Village gem is strategically located to give you easy access to the serene beach yet is close enough to major business and shopping centres in Palm Cove and the nearby region.
The Reef Retreat 's magnificent architecture allows it to blend seamlessly with its rainforest surroundings. It offers seclusion and comfort in the tradition of Tropical North Queensland living.

Accommodations

An intimate boutique retreat consisting of 36 studios, suites and villas, complete with bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchenette and spacious private balconies, some with stunning views of the Coral Sea, some with views of the pool, lush tropical gardens and the mist shrouded mountains.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. But other optionas are available near by.

Activities

Palm Cove is 20 minutes north of cairns and 35 minutes south of Port Douglas and The Reef Retreat is in the centre of this cosmopolitan seaside village. The Reef Retreat is just a short stroll to cafes, shops, restaurants, and bars, many of which are located on the esplanade overlooking idyllic Palm Cove Beach and the beautiful Coral Sea. The Palm Jetty has departures to the Great Barrier Reef and the Palm Cove Golf Course is only one kilometre from The Reef Retreat. There are currently 6 health spas only minutes from The Reef Retreat. For night entertainment, several of the 5 star hotels offer live music on selected nights, and you can dine al fresco and take in the sounds of Salsa music at the restaurants in the Paradise Village Shopping Plaza in the centre of Palm Cove.
