Description / Location

The delightful Southern Palms Beach Club is set in gracious grounds spanning 1000ft of sandy, white beach frontage with fresh breezes blowing gently through the property. Its architecture is a blend of traditional and Barbadian design with lush, attractive gardens to create the perfect setting for your visit.

Catering to all needs, Southern Palms welcomes the young who want to do it all, the couple who just want to enjoy each other's company or the family with children.  Southern Palms has a relaxed atmosphere of luxurious comfort with personal service and attention to detail, ensuring that you have the perfect holiday.

Accommodations

Southern Palms consists of 92 units with 3 categories to choose from.  (...to let you in on a secret, even the Garden / Pool view rooms have a good view of the beach and sea!)  The rooms have a well-appointed, Caribbean-style decor and cool ceramic tiles. Due to the variances in architecture of the buildings the rooms will differ slightly.  All Rooms and Suites include the following facilities:  air-conditioning, private bathroom, balcony or patio, telephone, radio and television. Units have been refurbished with cool ceramic floor tiles, new furniture and drapery and all bathrooms have been remodelled. One Bedroom & Luxury Suites also have a kitchenette.

Restaurants & Bars

Garden Terrace - Open-air beachfront restaurant with bleached-wood ceilings. Serves a breakfast buffet,  à la carte lunch and a buffet or à la carte dinner. 
Khus Khus Bar - Open-air beachfront bar with bleached-wood ceilings. Tropical drinks, beer, burgers, hot dogs, pizza, sandwiches, pasta served from late morning to late night.
A complimentary afternoon tea is served daily at the poolside.

Activities

Southern Palms facilities include live entertainment by popular bands or steelband (3 nights a week) and a restaurant with beautiful seaside setting.  Two swimming pools, two nightlit tennis courts, free watersports including windsurfing and weekly scuba instruction, as well as a mini gym. There is a minigolf course and shuffleboard court with weekly tournaments, where prizes can be won!
