Cambridge Beaches is a place of the heart, where wellness and relaxation abounds. In beautiful surroundings, our guests renew and reconnect with themselves and their loved ones.
Adjacent to a seafaring-style tavern, a wall festooned with the names of long-time guests attests to the resort's capacity to inspire loyalty. Widely spaced on the 30-acre peninsula and separated by lawns and flowering gardens, guest cottages occupy rolling terrain, forming a pink-and-white community under coconut palms and ancient Flamboyant trees.
The beautiful Atlantic Ocean borders the resort's north side, and Mangrove Bay borders its south side.  (Please note that children under 5 are not permitted)

Accommodations

The Cambridge Beaches Resort offers 94 guestrooms and suites in one- and two-story pink-and-white cottages scattered over a 30-acre peninsula on Bermuda's west side.  All rooms, suites, and cottages are air-conditioned and also include ceiling fans as a cooling alternative. Ground-floor patios or second-floor balconies come furnished with lounge chairs and dining sets. CD player/AM-FM radios as well as televisions with U.S. cable channels and pay movies offer entertainment. Addtional amenities are in-room safes, bathrobes, direct dial telephone and refrigerator.

Restaurants & Bars

The Tamarisk Room - Overlooking Mangrove Bay, the beautiful restaurant had a peaked ceiling with pale-wood beams and pink walls. Buffet and á la carte breakfasts are served, with lunches of sandwiches, salads, light dishes. Dinner is spectacular with five-course meals and choices such as grilled-vegetable terrine, fish chowder, salad, lamb loin, and desert. Live music some nights. Dinner dress code: jackets for men.
Breezes - New waterfront alfresco bistro right on Long Bay Beach. Delicious trendy cuisine and casual dining means a fun, informal option for guests, who long to linger by the sand and sea from May through October.In addition to a tantalizing menu, all love the endless specialty summer-cocktails.
Shutter Bar & Restaurant - Situated behind the new infinity pool facility overlooking Mangrove Bay, it is open for lunch daily, and dinner when Breezes is closed.
Other dining options, as well as bars are also available.

Activities

The resort features five private beaches and numerous coves perfect for swimming or snorkelling. There is a dramatic new pool experience due to open April 1st (outdoor pools are closed for the winter monthys). The facility features a large vanishing edge pool, a waterfall that tumbles some four feet into a second pool and which is itself surrounded by a deck that stretches out on to the Mangrove Bay morning beach. This area now cleverly combines the advantages of the beach with a first class, stunning, pool environment.

Guests are encouraged to enjoy the wide variety of water activities available in Bermuda, and the resort provides unlimited access to any equipment or craft, plus special daily excursions to different areas by sea. A full-service marina on property can provide power and sailboats, windsurfing or snorkeling equipment, kayaks, and other water sports. Deep-sea fishing and scuba diving can easily be arranged. Complimentary ferry service is provided to Hamilton for shopping and sightseeing, as well as various other regular private trips which showcase the best of Bermuda including a day sail to historic St. George’s, reef snorkeling by catamaran, sunset and moonlight cruising.

Guests can enjoy a wide variety of activities on land in and around the property. The resort provides three tennis courts, a croquet lawn, and putting green. Moped and pushbike rentals are available.  Cambridge Beaches has access to every Bermuda golf course including the private and ultra exclusive MidOcean Club. The nearest course is the championship Port Royal, only ten minutes by taxi. The golf ‘add-on’ offered by the resort gives golfers the opportunity to enjoy four rounds at some of the best courses on island.

The resort’s Ocean Spa and wellness centre is a 10,000 square foot, two-level, multi-faceted facility that has breath- taking views overlooking the ocean. The upper level ‘Aquarian Baths’ features a full-length pool and Roman-style solarium with fully retractable sunroof, a ‘swimex’ current pool, private whirlpool, fitness center with workout and aerobic rooms, and a gift shop. The lower level spa has a quiet relaxation area surrounding seven treatment rooms, hydrotherapy bath center, steam and sauna rooms, changing rooms, plus a hair and beauty salon.
