The Fairmont Southampton offers 593 guestrooms in a six-story pink resort located on Bermuda's highest hill. White ceilings, crown moulding, light-coloured wood furniture, and marine-life prints contribute to the Bermuda-pastel ambience. Bathrooms are newly renovated with marble floors and counters. All rooms have air conditioning, alarm clock radio, balcony with patio table and chairs, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, mini-bar, in-room safe, television-colour cable and pay-per-movies and nightly turndown service. Fairmont Rooms have limited views of the golf course or harbour. Deluxe Harbour/Golf View Rooms and Deluxe Ocean View Rooms are located throughout the hotel. These room categories are also available with Fairmont Gold benefits which include private concierge services, deluxe Continental breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail Canapes. Junior Suites are larger and are available with either harbour views or ocean views.

Wickets Restaurant - Family food headlines the menu at this poolside restaurant. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Wickets offers burgers, sandwiches, and salads.
Windows on the Sound - Located just off the hotel’s main lobby, Windows offers views of the Great Sound and a wide variety of breakfast food. Specialties include omelette and waffle stations, smoked salmon, and pastries. A breakfast buffet featuring authentic Bermudian dishes takes centre stage on Sundays.

The Fairmont Southampton features an 18-hole, par-3 executive golf course rolling over hillsides with water features and elevation changes. For fees, play is available on six tennis courts (three lighted). Scuba diving and snorkelling gear can be rented at a beachside dive shop. Personal watercraft excursions are conducted daily. There are 3 swimming pools, including an adults only pool and a kids pool.
