Casa Havana (Closed for refurbishment until Decmeber 1st, 2008) - The only Four Diamond rated restaurant in the Cayman Islands and Wine Spectator recipient since 2000, featuring Nuevo Latino Caribbean cuisine and home of the Chef of the Year 2004 of the Cayman Islands.
Ferdinand's Caribbean Café - Daily serves a bountiful breakfast buffet, extraordinary Champagne Sunday brunch, as well as tantalizing lunches and dinners. Overlook the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea while sampling our Caribbean and American menu, featuring expansive selection of seafood and premium quality beef.
The Beach Bar - Swim up location for daiquiris, rum punches or one of your favourite tropical swirl cocktails.
Courtyard Café - Salads, hot paninis, wraps and beverages delivered to your lounge chair. Enjoy fresh sandwiches and Caribbean style shrimp at oceanfront and poolside Courtside Café.
Casa Havana Lounge - Relax and enjoy a sizzling cocktail, international beer or glass of wine of your choice, before your meal. After diner you can relax and enjoy a cigar and cordials from our vast selection.
The Grand Lobby Bar - A great place to visit in the afternoon and evening. Having a vast selection of Cuban cigars and spirit, one can enjoy the view of the Caribbean's sea and the island's beautiful sunsets.

The Westin Casuarina Resort & Spa’s oversized outdoor pool features a swim-up bar.  You can stop by the beach stand to experience a variety of water activities – from wave runner adventures to snorkelling (pay locally). There are also daily activities for families and children, which are sure to keep everyone busy and happy.
For a little pampering, visit the Hibiscus Spa and experience world-class treatments that will leave you relaxed and refreshed.
The resort offers easy access to all of Grand Cayman's attractions, including a nearby 18-hole golf course. Explore some of the world's best scuba-diving spots with gear from the on-site dive shop.

In-room spa

A relaxing spa atmosphere is created before your massage starts with our spa basket holding a flower, healthful treat, bottle of water, and a letter with recommendations on how to make the most of your in-room spa experience. The basket also contains a spa music CD to be played before and during your treatment as well as a selection of plant based aromatherapy oils and room sprays allowing you to choose your own scent for the treatment.
