Description / Location

A well-established popular hotel, the Sol Palmeras commands an excellent beachfront position at the quieter end of the Varadero peninsula. Surrounded by extensive tropical gardens, the hotel is an excellent choice for active couples, singles and families.

Accommodations

The Sol Palmeras has 408 rooms in a four storey building, plus 200 bungalows. All units offer air conditioning, full private bathroom, telephone, satellite TV, radio, balcony or terrace, mini fridge and safety deposit box. As well as beautiful beaches, there are many local activities such as diving, golf and watersports. General facilities are shops, business centre (conference facilities) and hairdresser. Sports & fitness facilities include swimming pools, pool bar, massage & physiotherapy, tennis courts (2 floodlit courts), outdoor sports (table games), beach sports (beach volleyball), watersports (windsurfing, catamarans, kayaks, pedaloes, banana boats.) and multi-sports court.

Activities

To help you enjoy your stay to the full there is a nightclub, live shows, theme nights and a daily entertainment programme. Childrens' facilities include a childrens' pool, babysitting (local charge), organised games (sports activities, parties, competitions and supervised mini disco) and misc supervised services (children's club 5-13 years).
