4* Superclubs Breezes Varadero
 

Description / Location

When you arrive at Breezes Varadero, previously Club Varadero, a lush tropical setting surrounds you. Built in 1992, it is the first Super-Inclusive®  resort in Cuba, designed for couples and adults 14 years and older. It covers 26 acres of land, with several blocks of rooms offering paradisiacal privacy, further enhanced by lavish tropical vegetation, in which trees alternate with exotic flowers. All over the resort there are roofed or open-air sections for sports, Jacuzzis, and a pool. On the beach, you can enjoy the sea, practice water sports, taste delicious Cuban and international dishes, and sip refreshing cocktails and a variety of drinks.

Accommodations

270 comfortable rooms divided into suites, junior suites, or tropical suites. The suites are situated in 11 two-story buildings and have king-size or twin beds, air conditioning, private bathroom, hairdryer, safe-deposit box, telephone, CD Players, cable and national television, separate living room, toiletries, private balcony, coffee and tea making facilities, iron and ironing boards, and/or patio. The junior suites are located in a three-story building with an elevator, and have the same conveniences as the suites, with the exception of the living room. The tropical suites also have a mini-bar. The rooms can have either a king-size bed or two single beds.

Restaurants & Bars

Buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner; A la carte dinner; Continental breakfast in-room service, 24 hour unlimited domestic & international drinks, house wine, beer & soft drinks.
Martino's - The Italian a la carte restaurant, has a wonderful atmosphere with a wide variety of tempting dishes. Reservations and a dress code apply.
El Mojito - The Cuban a la carte restaurant, has a relaxed setting where local style dishes and wines can be sampled, whilst being entertained by local musicians. Reservations and a dress code apply.
Los Bohios - The beach grill offers snacks from late morning to early evening. In the evening, this converts to an a la carte restaurant with views overlooking the beach. Reservations are required.

Activities

Day Time Entertainment - Theme parties, concerts, dance classes, Olympic games, Spanish-language lessons, "Cuban Day".  Games room open daily 24 hours a day.  Breezes Varadero has a Olympic-sized pool.  There are 3 Jacuzzis, one is next to the pool, the second is next to the beach side bar, and the third is at the Garden Bar.
Night Time Entertainment - Shows every night.  Cuban night, karaoke, toga party and Gala nights are some of the special activities held during the week.  The piano bar is open 24 hours.

Please note that as if November 1st, 2008 scuba diving will no longer be included in as part of the all inclusive package.  However, scuba clinics in the pool will still be available.
