LaSource is situated on the Southwest tip of the Spice Island of Grenada.  The Resort is on Pink Gin Beach and is surrounded by 40 acres of lush, tropical garden.  It's 5 minutes from Point Salines International Airport and 15 minutes from the capital, St George.

Accommodations

The hotel has 100 rooms arranged in three and four storey buildings without lifts. Facilities include:  air conditioning, an Italian marble bathroom, hair dryers, electronic safe, ceiling fans, robes, shaving mirror, balcony or terrace, direct dial telephone, luxury toiletries, CD/radio/alarm clock and 110 & 220 volt outlets.

Restaurants & Bars

Cuisine LaSource is a globally influenced cuisine designed for healthier eating without sacrificing the art of good cooking.

Garden Restaurant - air-conditioned buffet style dining serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Oscars Beach Restaurant - Brand new dining experience serving a' la carte meals for lunch and dinner.
Great House Restaurant - a'la carte meals for evening dining.
Cafe' Deli - serving snacks and afternoon tea.
The Terrace Bar  - open from noon until 7pm offering premier alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails.
Oscars Beach Bar - open daily from 10am to 12:20am, also servicing the pool and beach.
The Piano Bar - air-conditioned venue to enjoy music and drinks, open from 6pm until the last guest retires.
There is also a weekly Caribbean Beach Buffet with live entertainment.

Activities

There are numerous activities on land and sea including a large, two level, free form swimming pool, jacuzzi, 9 hole par 3 golf course, archery, two floodlit tennis courts, table tennis, volley ball, cycle tours, badminton, fencing and a weights room.

The Oasis Spa has an exceptional range of treatments and classes available which include:  Tai Chi, aerobics, stretch classes, stress management, salt and oil loofah body massage, Swedish massage, facial, hair treatment, reflexology, foot massage and yoga.

The well equipped watersports centre includes hobie cat style catamaran and sunfish sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing, snorkelling and scuba diving.  Certified divers are entitled to one dive per day.  Non-certified divers are entitled to one try dive per stay.  PADI certification courses are available for beginners and advanced divers at an additional cost.

The Oasis features Pevonia Products in all its treatments from the Mind Body and Spirit programme.

Guests are entitled to One (1) Spa Treatment per person per day. These treatments are pre-scheduled by the Oasis and are not available on day of arrival.

MIND, BODY & SPIRIT PROGRAMME

Silk & smooth
A gentle exfoliating body polish using silky skin body scrub. This deep pore-cleansing top to toe treatment removes dead skin cells, leaving the skin as smooth as silk, prepared for the sun. Promotes a longer lasting tan.

Float on air
A special foot massage, including exfoliation and massage from the knees to the toes. It is relaxing and decongesting of the body’s systems and nerve pathways.

Full swedish body masage
Massage is one of the most natural ways to de-stress the human body. With increasing physical and emotional pressures of modern living, making relentless demands on the body, massage has the potential to reduce strain and alleviate pain. The benefits of Swedish Massage are extensive – helps to break down adhesions and lactic acid, improves circulation, thereby improving the lymphatic system, soothes tired, aching muscles etc.

Aromatherapy massage
Aromatherapy is the use of organic essences of aromatic plants for healing and the maintenance of vitality.

The one-hour Aromatherapy massage differs from that of Swedish massage, as it works directly on the lymphatic system rather than the muscular system. Several Oils are often used in combination to promote healing on different levels – physical, mental and emotional.

LaSource Signature massage
A deep massage of the back, neck and shoulders, designed specifically to ease stress and muscle tension and bring vitality to the body whilst inhaling the diffused aromas of the spices from this beautiful Island.

Restorative Facial
A classic facial, which is deep cleansing and rebalancing, leaving your skin vibrant and radiant. It includes a hand and arm massage.

Arawak
An intensive head massage, which includes massage to the upper back, shoulders and neck. The many different movements of this massage will leave your neck and shoulders relaxed and your scalp feeling revitalized. Facial pressure points complete the massage.

Point Salines Wrap
Your body is wrapped in seaweed and a thermal blanket applied. This will increase the circulation and lymphatic system thereby helping to rid the body of built up toxins.
