Situated in Bequia in the Grenadines, Friendship Bay Beach Resort is a hidden treasure. The 26 rooms and suites offer barefoot luxury for the discerning traveller.

Facilities at the four star Friendship Bay Beach Resort are spread out in a 10 acre tropical garden with most of the rooms located right on the beach. All rooms have spectacular views overlooking the stunning Grenadines. The Resort is conveniently just around the corner from Port Elisabeth but remains secluded with total privacy. The concept is barefoot luxury combined with music, art and outstanding cuisine. The resorts’ two restaurants are the most popular in Bequia. This is a friendly place for friendly people offering a Caribbean experience that sees people returning year after year.

Friendship Bay is perfectly located on the southeast side of the island in a beautiful 10-acre tropical garden, 15 minutes from the airport and 7 minutes from Port Elisabeth. The location is right on the beach overlooking the other Grenadine islands. 
 
Accommodations

All 26 boutique guestrooms contain the following: Air Conditioning, Italian tiled Bathrooms, Ceiling Fans, Balcony or Terrace, 110 and 220 Volt outlets and Classic furniture. Hair dryers are available upon request.

Ocean View
The rooms are individually decorated with contemporary colonial furniture; the balcony offers spectacular view overlooking the Grenadines.

Ocean View Deluxe
The room is a little bigger than the Ocean View rooms, individually decorated with contemporary colonial furniture. The balcony offers spectacular views overlooking the Grenadines.

Oceanfront
The rooms are individually decorated with contemporary colonial furniture, the terraces are located right by the beach and offers spectacular view overlooking the Grenadines.

Bamboo Suite
This suite is larger than the other rooms and beautifully decorated with contemporary colonial furniture, the terrace offers spectacular views overlooking the Grenadines

Internet access is available in all rooms and public areas by ADSL or wireless. Beach towels are available to all guests.

Restaurants & Bars

Breakfast is served a la carte in the beautiful Ocean view dining room from 7:45-10:15 am.
Lunch is served in Moskito beach bar, right on the beach from 12:00-3:00 pm.
Afternoon snacks and lighter dishes is served in our Ocean view African style cocktail bar from 3-6 pm
A La Carte Dinner is served in the popular Moskito beach bar 7 nights per week.
Wednesday night is the famous Lobster night with live music, and Sunday is the suckling pig BBQ brunch. The restaurants are open for the public.
The beach bar is open from 10 am to midnight.  The African bar is open from 2pm onwards, and offers premier alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails.

Activities

The resort organizes regular live entertainment, including the famous Lobster night on Wednesdays with live music in the Moskito Restaurant. There is a twice-weekly reggae party (Wednesday and Saturdays) in the Owners’ Port Elisabeth restaurant location called Devils Table. Free transportation to and from Devils Table is available.

Sail and stay options are available using luxury catamarans for those wishing to try their hand at sailing within the beautiful islands of the Caribbean (rates and information available on request).

Activities available at the Resort include swimming, snorkelling and massage (local fees apply). In addition a large number of activities can be enjoyed locally.

Numerous Water and Land Sports can be enjoyed in Bequia (costs available on request) Options include: Wind Surfing, Laser sailing, Scuba Diving, Bicycle tours, Yoga, Hiking, Volleyball, personal trainer, Weight Training and Jogging. The famous Canouan 18-hole golf course is located in Canouan 10 minutes by air from Bequia; the resort provides transportation for additional cost.

We can also arrange Spa Treatments including: Swedish massage, Hair Treatment, Facials, Therapy, Foot Massage, and Manicures.

Price based on 2 adults sharing a Ocean View Room on a Bed & Breakfast basis, including internal flights from Barbados to Bequia and return transfers to and from the airport.  Also included are rum punch on arrival, a welcome dinner and an island tour.
