Description / Location

It must have been something in the water, because from the moment Hedonism II's gates opened twenty-five years ago, it's been the most widely recognized, and notorious, resort in the world. Words really can't quite describe the thrill of actually being here. It's the ultimate guilty pleasure, only without the guilt:  A real life Garden of Eden.

Situated on the tip of legendary Negril Beach, life at Hedonism II centers around two private stretches of beach: One nude. One not. Both fantastic. It's a big part of what makes the spirit of Hedonism II so enjoyable.

You can be as free as you want to be, depending on your mood. For a quiet, private moment, slip off to a shaded hammock with a good book. Or shed your inhibitions and join in the party on the nude beach. Just be yourself, or someone else entirely. Whatever makes you happy.

Accommodations

There are a total of 280 rooms and 15 suites. All rooms and suites have air-conditioning with tiled floors, mirrored ceilings, 1 king or 2 twin beds, television, coffee and tea making facilities, iron and ironing board, New private 5-Head Euro-style Jacuzzi Shower, clock radio, CD-player, safe deposit box, hairdryers.

Restaurants & Bars

Terrace Room - Large, open-air restaurant with skylight sections. Caribbean and traditional favourites for breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets plus midnight snacks. Includes a bar, a stage and wood dance floor which is the setting for lunchtime and dinner entertainment such as fashion shows, wet T-shirt contests, pajama parties, and battle-of-the-sexes game.
Pastafari - Intimate, air-conditioned dinner restaurant with Italian à la carte menu. Open five nights a week. Reservations required. Dress code: Dress shorts or long pants for men. 
Munasan - Open-air Japanese dinner restaurant with teppanyaki tables, sushi menu. Open five nights a week. Reservations required. Dress code: Casual.
Reggae Café - This spot serves Jamaican cuisine for dinner on the pool deck. Open five nights a week. Reservations required. Dress code: Casual.
Beach Grills - One is located on the main beach and the other is on the nude beach; both serve grilled favourites such as burgers from late morning through the afternoon.

Activities

Activities abound at Hedonism II. Try out our fabulous array of water sports or join a tennis or squash clinic to improve on your skills. All sports at Hedonism II come with instructors on hand to help you get the most out of your chosen activity: six lighted tennis courts, clinics with pros twice daily; two air-conditioned squash courts, clinics twice daily; badminton; basketball; volleyball; shuffleboard; table tennis; cycling; secluded hammocks; games room; reading room; island picnics.  Also available is a miniature golf course, hammock Lounge, rock climbing wall, outdoor games area with pool and ping-pong tables, as well as a gaming lounge and cool-out gazebos.

Water sports include scuba diving, water-skiing, hobie cat, windsurfing school, sunfish, sailing, snorkelling, Jacuzzis, nude Jacuzzi, glass-bottom boats, kayaks, three large freshwater pools, two with swim-up bars, one nude,  cascading plunge pools and waterslide. A see-through Jacuzzi is located above the disco, as well as a beachfront pool and swim-up bar.

There is a beautiful private beach, which is divided into two sections: one requires clothes and one is for nude bathing. A jungle bridge connects the main pool entertainment area and the main beach.

There is an enclosed, air-conditioned fitness centre that is equipped with brand new, state-of-the-art Icarian machines, Lifecycle and Lifestep equipment as well as an extensive assortment of free weights. If Aerobics is your thing, work out in cool comfort if the air-conditioned Aerobics Centre.

For the adrenaline junkie in you there is the exciting circus workshop.  This features flying and swinging trapeze, trampoline clinics, juggling, and tightrope walking (available Sunday to Friday).

Nightly themes include Toga Party, Mardi Gras Party, Circus Showcase, guest talent show and more.  There is also a fantastic Piano Bar where you can enjoy a lively sing-a-long.
