The award-winning Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort is patterned after the picturesque village of the Mediterranean.  It’s stunning and beautifully appointed villas, many with private pools and terraces, are spread among 60 exotic and flowering acres on the lush Caribbean island of St Lucia.  Here, whitewashed, red-roofed villas, secluded from neighbours by magnificent trees and flowering tropical bushes, overlook the white sands and cobalt blue waters of Labrelotte Bay.  Brick paths meander through luxuriantly landscaped, scented gardens past sparkling pools and waterfalls.

The resort is the perfect retreat for honeymooners, families, and any traveller seeking a dramatically beautiful Caribbean setting and top-level service and amenities. 

Accommodations

The resort is renowned for having some of the most spectacular rooms and villas in the world.  Every room or villa affords breathtaking views of the Caribbean. 
Ocean View Rooms  have air conditioning and ceiling fan, mini fridge, coffee maker, cable TV, telephone, shower or bath, safe, iron/ironing board, hair dryer & CD player. Room opens to a generous private terrace with a partial or full ocean view and will accommodate 2 adults and 1 infant under two. 
One Bedroom Villas have all of the above, a bath with tub & shower as well as fully equipped kitchens and a sundeck with an ocean view. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years.
Upgrades to two, three or 4 bedroom villas with plunge pools are also available.
 
Restaurants & Bars

Dragonfly is the resort’s newly renovated signature restaurant presents a fusion of delectable Caribbean, European and Asian cuisine.  It is known as one of the best restaurants on the island.
Jammer’s Beach Bar & Grill offers all-day casual dining including hamburgers, rotis and salads along with innovative tropical drinks and ice-cold beers, all serviced in a fun, beachside setting.
Upper Deck is a popular daytime spot to watch the action on the beach while dining from a healthy menu of salads, fruit plates and other light fare in an alfresco nautical-style restaurant. In the evening, diners can select from an elegant a la carte selection of seafood delicacies, grilled steaks, kebabs and salads.  Authentic Caribbean buffets and special theme evenings also are hosted at the Upper Deck. 
Papa Don’s, a casual Italian and Greek inspired eatery, offers pasta, pizza and other Mediterranean fare.  This intimate Mediterranean style Taverna is located above the Island Pool. Its mountaintop terrace offers spectacular views of the neighbouring island of Martinique and gorgeous sunset views.
Ember's offers fresh grilled and barbeque specialties in a scenic beachside setting.

Activities

Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort provides an eclectic array of activities, including plenty of water sports, tennis and shopping. In addition to a 1,500 feet crescent strand of white-sand beach, the resort has four swimming pools, including two geared to children. Guests also can explore St. Lucia’s natural beauty on a scenic island cruise, breathtaking rainforest excursion or thrilling adventure tour.

Water Sports include complimentary non-motorized water sports such as snorkelling, windsurfing, Hobie Cat and Aqua-fin sailing, kayaking and catamaran sailing. For an additional fee, guests can also enjoy water-skiing, knee-boarding, wakeboarding and tube and banana-boat rides.

Scuba Diving programs by PADI-certified instructors are available for everyone from entry level to experienced divers for an additional fee. A kids program and underwater photography lessons, as well as scuba diver certification from scuba diver level to instructor level are available (local fees apply).

Tennis facilities include two Astroturf courts, flood-lit for night play. Tennis clinics and a Rum Mixers Doubles Tournament are complimentary; private, semi-private and group lessons from the resident pro are available at additional cost.

Activities are arranged daily by the resort’s social coordinators. These include aquacise in the Main Pool, pool volleyball, hikes, Caribbean dance lessons, water polo, dance aerobics, crab races, tone and stretch classes and beach soccer.  There is also a Fitness Club, and the hotel can arrange tee times at the St Lucia Golf & Country Club.

The Serenity Spa is a beautiful, private oasis nestled into the hillside.  Its unique design allows guests to enjoy indoor and outdoor treatments. There is even a “Little Diva” spa package customized for girls ages 7 to 12 that includes a manicure, pedicure, hair braiding and a souvenir “I’m am a pampered Windjammer Princess” t-shirt.  Local fees apply.

The Jacquot Fun Club, named after the flamboyantly coloured island bird, offers complimentary, supervised entertainment activities for children ages 4 to 12.  (off resort activities will incur a local fee).  And the extended hours, from 6 till 10pm, make it easy for parents to enjoy themselves whilst their kids enjoy themed parties such as panamas night, disco night or even a pirate night.  Babysitting and nanny services are also available. For young adults age 13-18, the resort arranges activities for their enjoyment as well. 

Evenings bring a wide range of nightly entertainment, including opportunities to do the limbo, dance to a reggae band or listen to a hot calypso band. Guests might also catch a steel drum band or enjoy the songs of a strolling minstrel. A favourite with many guests are the special theme evenings, hosted at the Upper Deck. The resort features three bars.
