Le Grand Courlan Spa Resort offers you the opportunity to relax and unwind from the everyday stresses of your life.  This adult only, fully inclusive resort includes one rejuvenating Spa treatment every day of your stay, except on the days of arrival and departure. All treatments for in-house guests are pre-scheduled prior to your arrival at the resort . Your schedule will include a randomly selected array of as many treatments from the inclusive menu as your stay allows. If you would like to receive any additional treatments from the inclusive menu or repeat a treatment, a supplementary charge will apply.

Le Grand Courlan Spa Resort comprises of 85 rooms, 60 deluxe rooms, 10 garden Jacuzzi rooms and 5 one-bedroom suites. Accommodations offer scenic views of lush, tropical gardens of Stonehaven Bay, tropical décor, personal climate-controlled air conditioning units, a ceiling fan, mini fridge, in-room safe, telephones, satellite television, two plush bath robes, iron and ironing boards and tea/coffee making facilities.

Restaurants & Bars

At Le Grand Courlan Spa Resort, guests can wine and dine at each of the resort's diverse restaurants and lounges.

The Pinnacle Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner and offers an eclectic selection of French and International cuisine.

The Caribbean Bistro, open for lunch and dinner, offers a casual, yet intimate atmosphere, lending to local flavours and West Indian delights.

The Ripples Pool Bar is a daytime favourite, offering guests the option to swim-up for a refreshing cocktail.

Breezes is the resort's main bar and lounge quarter where guests can mix and mingle, enjoy breezy trade winds and nightly entertainment, and appreciate the Tobago's cultural heritage.

Buccaneers Beach Bar - Located at the beach, this restaurant & bar as recently been refurbished and is open throughout the day and offers snacks, lunch with local specialities and cocktails throughout the day.  Dress code: Guests are required to wear cover-ups over their swim costumes when eating in the restaurant. Please note that as of December 21st, this bar will not be part of the All Inclusive plan.  After this date, guests will still receive a credit of $100 Trinidad & Tobago dollars per person to use from 10am to 4:30pm.  Credits cannot roll over to the next day
 
Activities

Guests are encouraged to make the most of their vacation experience through the resort's extensive array of daytime diversions. Sporting activities on offer are some of the best on the island. For the energetic there are two tennis courts, 2 nearby squash courts and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. For those who want to relax there is yoga & meditation, as well as a large swimming pool with swim-up bar, cascading waterfall and whirlpool. And for the more adventurous, how about deep sea fishing or sailing? Also on offer is a nearby 18 hole golf course.

The centrepiece of Le Grand Courlan Spa Resort is its extensive spa. Located on-property, the spa facility is comprised of several intimate rooms dedicated to rejuvenating massages and facials, hydrotherapy treatments, sauna, steam room and a full-service beauty salon where guests can enjoy a wide-range of services including men's and women's hair cuts, colours and styles, manicures, pedicures and waxing.
