Citron, An American Brasserie - Creative American fare. Daily breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner menu includes steak, chicken, seafood, and the signature Chicken Pot Pie.
Primo - Organic Italian cuisine, with a focus on fresh produce and herbs. Menu changes daily and may include duck, veal, salmon, fresh fish, and pasta.
The Lobby Lounge - Sushi bar. Traditional menu items. Cocktails, specialty drinks. Lunch and dinner.
Quench - Poolside dining with hamburgers, salads, chicken. Cocktails, soft drinks. Open late morning till dusk (weather permitting).

Activities

The resort features an 18-hole, par-72, Greg Norman-designed golf course, complete with pro shop, clubhouse, and lessons. The course also offers the Caddie-Concierge program, where caddies serve as resort hosts in addition to providing traditional services.
Non-golfers can float along the wide, swiftly flowing river, which empties into a pool. Other recreation options include a children’s pool, playground, basketball court, and three tennis courts lighted for night play. The 40,000-square-foot spa includes a lap pool and a 6,000-square-foot fitness center with cardio and weight machines, as well as classes.
