Located next to the convention center on busy International Drive, the 14-story Rosen Plaza is a favorite of business travelers and conventioneers. The expansive, elegant lobby has marble floors, antique-style chandeliers, towering columns, and colorful artwork. Jack’s Place serves fine surf and turf for dinner, Café Matisse offers American buffets, and Rossini’s Pizza is available for takeout. Five nights a week, live entertainment is offered at Backstage, the hotel’s nightclub. Recreation facilities include a fitness room, freeform outdoor pool, and spa tub. Café Matisse - Oversized, brightly colored Matisse prints light up this casual American restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, as well as ŕ la carte selections. Rossini’s Pizza - Pizzas and hot sandwiches are available to go from late morning until late evening. Lite Bite - This 24-hour deli and convenience store offers pastries, sandwiches, snacks, and coffee. Smooth Java Coffee Bar - Starbucks coffee, pastries, and fresh fruit drinks are served from early morning until early afternoon.
