Set on 135 acres of lush landscaping accented by ponds and swaying palm trees, the Sheraton Vistana Resort - Villas in Lake Buena Vista is within nine miles of Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, and Downtown Disney® area. Families and leisure travelers check in at a reception center before heading off to one of nine villa groupings, each with its own distinct architectural style.
The resort provides scheduled complimentary shuttle service to four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, and transportation to SeaWorld and Universal Studios for a surcharge. For on-site dining, guests choose between a casual café, a poolside restaurant and sports bar, and a bar and grill. Recreation facilities include seven outdoor pools, three fitness centers, 13 tennis courts, and an 18-hole miniature golf course. Child-friendly facilities include four playgrounds, five children's pools, and four activity centers offering supervised programs.

Accommodations

The Sheraton Vistana Resort has 1,682 guest villas located in one- to five-story buildings grouped in nine architecturally distinct communities. Accessible via exterior corridors, all one- and two-bedroom villas have full kitchens or kitchenettes with microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers, toasters, coffeemakers, cookware, dinnerware, and dining tables and chairs.
Other amenities include washers and dryers, multiple TVs with premium channels, DVD players, and complimentary wireless Internet access. Most villas have furnished balconies.

Restaurants & Bars

Flamingo Café - A casual restaurant and bar serving daily buffet breakfast and dinner options such as pastas, burgers, sandwiches, steaks, and fresh seafood. Open for breakfast and dinner.
Zimmie’s - This restaurant serves burgers, sandwiches, salads, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream. An adjacent sports bar has nightly happy hours and five TVs for sports events. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Cascades Bar & Grill - Offering tropical drinks, appetizers, burgers, and Southern fried chicken. Karaoke and live entertainment on select evenings. Open from mid-morning until late evening.
Pizza Hut Express - Located in the resort's general store and open for pick-up or delivery from late morning until late evening.
Oasis Bar - A seasonal poolside bar open from early morning until late afternoon.

Activities

Guests have access to 13 lighted tennis courts, a tennis pro shop, and tennis instruction. The resort also has five children's pools, eight outdoor spa tubs, and seven outdoor splash pools, including three lagoon-style pools with waterfalls. Other facilities include four playgrounds, an 18-hole miniature golf course, and four activity centers providing pool tables, Ping-Pong, arcade games, and arts and crafts. The Lil’ Gator Club provides supervised childcare and activities. Three fitness centers have stationary bikes, treadmills, free weights, strength-training equipment, saunas, steam rooms, fitness classes, and personal training. Basketball, sand volleyball, and shuffleboard courts are also on site.
