The resort is directly on the oceanfront on Sunny Isles Beach and 32 kilometers from Miami International Airport, 19.2 kilometres from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and South Beach.

The rooms are large and some have views of the swimming pool area. They are decorated in light colors. Some have kitchen areas and large mirrored walls.

There is a small restaurant on the ground floor, which serves full meals and snacks. Numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Activities

This is a pleasant family type hotel, which is popular with holiday makers, it has direct beach access and the pool area is landscaped and well tended. There is a good range of shops across the road from the resort and also a large shopping centre 12.8 kilometres away.
