4* Casablanca On The Ocean
 

Description / Location

The New Casablanca on the Ocean prides itself on its high level of service and hospitality, and it delivers. The multilingual staff is attentive and professional. Newer features include a meeting area/ballroom and a restaurant added in 2002. The guestrooms include kitchens and large closets and there are laundry facilities on each floor, which makes the hotel comfortable even for long stays. The New Casablanca offers direct access to a wide beach, and the large heated pool is surrounded by a spacious pool deck. A small fitness room provides the basics for fitness-conscious guests. The hotel is in up-and-coming North Beach, which has a large selection of interesting restaurants, a nearby supermarket, and a pharmacy.

Accommodations
 
This hotel offers 150 guestrooms on 10 floors. All guestrooms have kitchenettes and views of either the ocean or the Intracoastal Waterway. Room décor includes pale-wood furnishings and fabrics in muted sea tones. 

Restaurants & Bars

Bogart’s Cafe - This moderately priced, small restaurant serves three meals daily, including a full American breakfast with a buffet option. The cuisine on the lunch and dinner menu tends toward Cuban, with plenty of beef and chicken and some fish dishes. Pizza and pasta options round out the menu.
Tiki Bar - Located adjacent to the restaurant and near the pool (but enclosed), the bar opens in early afternoon and offers light fare, including sandwiches and pizza. At night it doubles as a nightclub.

Activities

The hotel has a large pool and pool deck as well as direct access to a wide stretch of quiet beach. The recreational activities are available either on site or near the hotel; fees may apply. Swimming, Bicycle rentals, Running track/path, Basketball, Golfing, Snorkeling, Boating, Fishing, Tennis, Golf - driving range, Jet skiing, Dock, Rowing or canoeing, Sailing.
