Description / Location

Situated in the South East Ari Atoll, Lily Beach is 80 kilometres from Male International Airport, just a 25 minute journey by seaplane offering you breathtaking view of the Maldives. Surrounded by spectacular coral reefs and warm sandy beaches the Lily Beach resort offers a serene island hideaway where the stresses of daily life just slip away. Lily Beach Island Resort has 68 rooms and 16 water villas and all rooms are beach facing with a terrace and modernly equipped. There is a variety of land sports and water sports for you to choose from as well as a games room where you can play table tennis, darts and billiards. At night time you can enjoy the romantic settings of the wooden deck in the main bar or the more lively poolside bar which offers evening entertainment on selected evenings.

Accommodation

84 attractive rooms, all with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mini-fridge, CD player and part open-air bathroom with shower Standard rooms are in semi-detached bungalows with a patio Water bungalows overlook the lagoon, are more spacious with a small sitting area, sun-deck, espresso machine and bath. They are extremely popular, so book early.

Restaurants & Bars

Lily Bar - Enjoy an intimate drink on the wooden deck built out over the beach, indulge in a cocktail and listen to the gentle sounds of the waves as you relax under the stars. Soft lighting and music adds to the atmosphere to ensure you enjoy your evening.
Lily Beach Restaurant - The main restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner is served, is spacious and airy with glass doors that open out to the green vegetation or to the beach. All meals are served buffet style with a good variety of dishes available. Once a week a barbecue and buffet night is held, sample the local specialities served by waiters attired in the traditional costumes.
Poolside Bar and Coffee Shop - Probably the most popular part of the resort, with its spacious dining are offering excellent views and a sundeck surrounding the pool. The deck is separated from the beach by a curtain of lush green vegetation with gaps that let you step onto the beach if you wish to use the lagoon instead of the pool. A daily menu of snacks is available and also an a la carte menu. There is a dance floor in the bar and there is entertainment on selected evenings.

Activities

A game room is situated in the main complex, conveniently next to the main bar. Relax with a drink, and enjoy a game of billiards, table tennis, carom, darts, playing cards to a variety of board games, as well SAT/TV & Video, library and CD-library. We offer a wide variety of activities. A floodlight astro surf tennis court offers the fitness buff a chance to burn some extra calories. The children can run around in the play ground or in the childrens pool. Liven up your holiday by joining our excursion trips.
