Description / Location
On the western shore of the island, protected by the lagoon, nestles the Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa, steeped in the fragrances of sugar cane and Creole spices. Perfectly integrated into its lush surroundings with their luxurious vegetation, the hotel is bordered by a white sandy beach.
Accommodations
All Rooms are deluxe rooms and have either a balcony (second & third floor) or a terrace (ground floor). There are 14 blocks of rooms (called pavilions) surounded by beautiful landscaping. All rooms have views of the sea, some from the balcony and some from room and balcony. Each bathroom has a separate shower and a bath.All rooms have A/C and a ceilling fan and and individual safe. The Deluxe and Senior Suites measure 92 and 105 sq mtrs respectively. Spacious and light, they comprise a bedroom, a seperate living room, a bathroom and a terrace/balcony. They are decorated in peaceful colours of sand and beige in a contemporary Asian style,with a Mauritian touch.

Melanzane by Goumard - This fashionable and refined gourmet restaurant, accessed across a little wooden bridge, offers some of the finest and most innovative Mediterranean cuisine to be found in the southern hemisphere. Local fish is a speciality and is prepared to the highest gastronomic standards.
Ginger Thai - This à-la-carte indoor theme restaurant welcomes guests in a splendid setting where the original decor is enhanced by touches of beautiful wood. Thai artefacts are displayed suspended from the ceiling of this impressive room.The Ginger Thai offers traditional cuisine with a number of spicy dishes.
Aqua Bar - Located between the swimming pool and the beach, this bar is the real hub of the hotel all day long. It's the best place to get a break from the sun when you're enjoying the beach, and with our show right next door, the after-dinner atmosphere is unmissable.
Activities
The Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa is the place to go for all kinds of relaxing or invigorating experiences. It has a beach,a spacious leisure pool with cascades and a Jacuzzi, plus water sports and a spa. We have one of the finest spas in the region, with a most relaxing atmosphere, the Spa offers a number of facial and body treatments. It comprises eight treatment parlours, a hair and beauty studio, fitness room, hydrotherapy bath, Vichy showers, steam room, sauna, relaxation area and a separate area (named Allamanda) for couples wishing private treatments. The Boathouse offers a variety of water sports such as windsurfing , sailing, water skiing, Pedalcrafts, kayaking and boat trips, all on-site. However, some other activities such as big-game fishing or catamaran cruises involve a departure point away from the Hotel.
