Coming out of a dream décor, Ambre Hotel stands on one of the nicest beach of the island. Its Immaculate sand stretches out over more than one kilometer, facing a turquoise lagoon which swimmers and water sports lovers can enjoy. Accommodation

All 298 rooms are air conditioned. They are situated on 2 floors and divided in 4 categories. The 140 standard rooms are composed of either a king size bed (2m x 2m) or twin beds. Amenities available for your comfort are: mini-bar, television ( 3 local channels and 5 satellite channels), direct telephone line, safe, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and separate toilet. - 74 rooms have a garden view with a terrace or balcony fully furnished. Some of them are communicating - 66 are seafront and an additional bed can also be provided for a child less than 12 years old. The 112 privilege rooms have a surface area of 32 m². They are all sea front and have a terrace or balcony with furniture. Some of them are communicating. An additional bed can also be provided for a child less than 12 years old. The 26 Family rooms recently built, consist of two communicating rooms. With a surface area of 52 m² can accommodate 2 adults and two children less 12 years old. Both rooms have a terrace or a balcony. Children are free of charge on half board basis. The 6 suites and 14 family suites are 80 m². All suites are sea oriented with a terrace or balcony fully furnished. A relaxation corner is also available. Equipped with 2 television sets, 2 minibars, a safe and 2 telephone sets. In addition a separate shower is available in the bathroom.

Restaurants & Bars

Les Filaos  - This air conditioned restaurant in its refined décor will allow you to taste its international Cuisine. Ideal for candlelight dinners. Open from 19h30 to 22h00. Dress code: smart casual
Les Alizés - This restaurant overlooking the sea opens for lunch from 12h30 to 14h30 and for dinner from 19h30 to 22h00. With your feet in the sand and repaired under a thatched roof in a bewildering atmosphere you will discover the local specialities and our barbecues. Dress code: smart casual
L’Etoile des Indes - It is the main restaurant of the hotel and proposes you the buffet formula. Opened from 7.00 to 10.00 am for an international buffet breakfast and for dinner from 19h00 to 22h00with a different buffet every night: Mauritian, Indian, Chinese, Creole, Oriental, European etc. Dress code: smart casual
Le Mare Monti  - Italian restaurant for the name it carries and for the dishes it proposes you. Open from 19h30 to 22h00. Dress code: smart casual.
Sirné Bar - The ‘Sirne’ overlooks the dancing floor and the swimming pool. As the main bar of the hotel, it opens at 9.00 and closes at midnight. For a quick snack, sandwiches and readily prepared dishes are served from noon till 17h00 and pancakes from 15h00 to 17h30. At night, the music takes over as from the aperitif hours. It will allow you to discover the local rhythms thanks to a group who will entertain you during dinner and will invite you to dance afterwards.
Le bar de la plage - The ‘Beach Bar’ borders the sea shore. Here you can taste our tropical cocktails or a cold drink and eat a sandwich or a quick snack. Opened from 9h00 to 18h00.
L’Hibiscus Bar - The ‘Hibiscus’ bar is opened from 16h00 to 2h00 in the morning. Billiard funs will be able to play in a padded atmosphere whereas children and adolescents can have access to the videogames room.

A large swimming pool covering 500 m², 2 floodlight courts, beach volleyball, Mini-foot on the beach, Bowls, Crazy golf, Badminton, Table Tennis, Jogging track, Aqua-gym, Fitness centre, Water ski, Sailing, Windsurfing, Pedalo, Canoe, Glass bottom Boats, Snorkelling - equipment available when accompanied.
