Guests of the Banyan Tree Seychelles enjoy a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning.
Au Jardin D'Epices - Guests can sample an exotic dinner menu including dishes inspired by traditional Creole recipes, Mediterranean cuisine and dishes from Mauritius and South Africa all made with fresh local ingredients. The restaurant also serves a buffet breakfast and a selection of snacks, sandwiches salads and light meals at lunchtime. Guests can dine on the outdoor terrace which overlooks the Indian Ocean.
La Varangue - A wide range of refreshing drinks along with a selection of snacks such as tapas, pizza and light Thai specialties are served in an intimate setting. Guests can also enjoy an aperitif or cocktail on the veranda as they watch the sun set over the sea.
Saffron - Exotic dishes from South East Asia are cooked using traditional recipes and cooking methods and then served in a stylish, contemporary setting with an authentic South East Asian feel. The exotic furnishings have been individually sourced from all over South East Asia.
Lobby Lounge - Herbal teas and Arabian coffees are served alongside pastries, scones and cakes.

All guests should note that hotel services, as with many services outside the hotel, should be paid for using foreign exchange currency. Owing to government regulations, local currency will not be accepted.
