Accommodation

Each villa has been designed to provide the best of open-air accommodation while offering total intimacy. L'Abondance Restaurant - Open for all the meals, this main restaurant, that seats 120, overlooks the beach and the pool. Souvenirs of delicious gourmet breakfasts seated at round tables, on a private paved terrace bordering the pool, and protected from the sun by beautiful palm trees. A moment of communion with nature, in a relaxed atmosphere. A generous buffet awaits you there: assortments of cheeses, jams, farandole of fresh fruits, cold meats, cereals, a selection of gourmet breads (white, brown, raisin) and of course a carte from which you can select your choice of eggs with bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes. At night, the restaurant has a completely different look. Gleaming silverware, white linen, a promising wine carte, exquisite menus with a focus on fresh seafood.
Le Mont Fleuri Restaurant - Le Mont Fleuri opens for lunch and dinner. First, charming club cars come to pick you up in front of your villa for dinner. Talking about feeling special. Le Mont Fleuri is dramatically situated on a granite edge. This restaurant that seats 60 is perched on wooden stilts over the sand and lapping waters. There, the décor means elegance and magic. It seems as if you are eating in the trees, while overlooking the beautiful fairy-like lights of Mahé mingling with the stars of an amazing evening. A ceremonial accompanies beautiful gastronomy, for the excellence of the meals cannot dissimulate the perfection of the service. The ultimate luxury: waiters announce the dishes you are about to savour. At Le Mont Fleuri you can sample from a parade of divine meals combining sweet, sour and spicy tastes accompanied with a selection of the finest wines. For lunch, Le Mont Fleuri Beach Restaurant welcomes you. A moment of pure delight, while you sit, feet in the sand and enjoy elaborated dishes with a Mediterranean inclination. For dinner, a succession of delicacies presented in the most original way. A definite soft spot for the presentation of a superb gourmet dessert placed on a silver spoon in the heart of a tear-shaped drop carved in ice. Le Sans-Souci Bar offers a terrace that leads to the pool. A small lounge and a vast open space gravitate around an elegant bar, beautified by subdued lights. Activities

Sainte Anne Resort & Spa has succeeded in preserving the purity of its sanctuary while integrating itself into nature. Other activities available are tennis, mountain biking, volley-ball and bocci ball. All sports are free of charge, except for mountain biking. If you take the direction of the beach, towards the Marine Park, all you need are goggles and a tuba for an unforgettable snorkelling session and your chance to enjoy the spectacular show that goes on only a few feet under the water’s surface. To preserve the fragile ecology of the island, Sainte Anne Resort & Spa proposes a large array of non-motorised water sports and facilities including windsurfing, kayak and pedal boat rides, laser sailing, hobbycats and snorkelling.
