The traditional courtyard summer houses of old Arabia have inspired these beautifully designed stand-alone, two-storey houses. They represent the premium accommodation of the Resort and suit the guest seeking a more intimate hideaway within Madinat Jumeirah. All the houses are accessible by waterway or by paths which wind their way through the richly landscaped gardens. There are two house types, Arabian and Gulf each offering luxurious guest rooms and suites. The Dar Al Masyaf Gulf summer houses offer superb access to the beach and all benefit from privileged locations within the Resort. All can be configured to accommodate one to three guest rooms, depending on specific requirements, and are ideal for small groups or families.
Accommodations
With every detail meticulously researched, all 292 rooms and suites enjoy a private balcony with breathtaking views across the warm clear waters of the Arabian Gulf. At a minimum of 50 sq. mts, each guest room provides a sanctuary of comfort where locally inspired designs and the finest fabrics ensure a truly authentic experience. Restaurants & Bars
PaiThai - Enjoy contemporary Thai dining at the stylish Paithai restaurant. Try delicious Thai dishes with a modern twist. Take one of the abras (water taxis) and you will arrive in one of the most picturesque corners of the resort. Choose to dine indoors or out on the terrace which extends over the waterway and offers fabulous views over the water.
Segreto - Experience the very best in authentic Italian cuisine at Segreto. It is nestled amidst the waterways and grand Malakiya Villas in a secluded enclave of the resort. Diners can choose to dine indoors or out on the terrace and admire the stunning views.
Activities
Recreational facilities are in abundance at Mina A' Salam. Guests benefit from 2 swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a large private beach, squash courts, a superb fitness facility and a sauna and treatment centre. In addition, the water sports available include waterskiing, windsurfing, kayaking, banana rides and boogie boards - all available at excellent rates. A boardwalk connects Mina A' Salam to The Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Burj Al Arab and the Wild Wadi Water Park (buggy ride or 2 minute walk) to which guests enjoy easy access.
