Guests entering the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort & Spa find a three-story, open-air atrium with orchids, palm trees, and waterfalls, all surrounded by shops. Check-in takes place in a spacious second-floor lobby. Across the street from Waikiki Beach and a block from the bazaar shops of the International Market Place, the 40-story resort hotel attracts couples and business and leisure travelers.
Inspired by Hawaiian culture, the Na Hoola Spa (surcharge) includes an ocean-view relaxation lounge, 19 treatment rooms, and a complimentary fitness center. Divided between two 40-story towers connected by an open-air atrium, the Hyatt Regency Waikiki's 1,230 guestrooms offer furnished lanais and premium bedding with pillowtop mattresses. The Colony - A fine-dining venue specializing in wood-grilled steaks, fresh seafood, and Hawaiian-inspired cuisine. Open for dinner only.
Terrace Grille - Offering casual indoor or outdoor dining overlooking the beach. Open for daily buffet breakfast and light lunch fare such as burgers, fresh fish, and sandwiches.
Ciao Mein - Serving an eclectic range of traditional and contemporary Chinese and Italian dishes. Open for dinner only.
Musashi - Authentic Japanese cuisine in an intimate restaurant with garden views, a sushi bar, and teppanyaki tables. Open for breakfast and dinner.
The Elegant Dive - Tropical drinks, smoothies, and light fare are served on a sundeck adjacent to the ocean-view pool. Featuring traditional Hawaiian music at sunset and DJ music in the evenings.

Activities

The Hyatt Regency's 10,000-square-foot Na Hoola Spa (surcharge) has 19 treatment rooms, dry saunas, and a complimentary fitness center with cardio and strength-training equipment.
The large outdoor pool features ocean views, two spa tubs, and a bar with live Hawaiian entertainment at sunset.
Supervised children's activities are available seasonally in the Camp Hyatt program (surcharge).
Across the street, Kuhio Beach is a stretch of sand with a breakwater, creating calm swimming conditions. Rentals are available for water activities such as snorkeling, boogie boarding, catamaran sailing, and outrigger canoeing. A surfing school is also nearby.
Five blocks away, Kapiolani Park is home to tennis courts, sports fields, an archery range, the Honolulu Zoo, and the Waikiki Aquarium.
Ala Wai Golf Course, within a half-mile of the hotel, has an 18-hole course, driving range, and pro shop.
