The Oceanarium--a 280,000-gallon, three-story aquarium visible from the lobby and three restaurants--sets the theme for the Pacific Beach Hotel. Whimsical furnishings decorate the hotel's entrance areas and shopping arcade. Pacific Beach Hotel's 837 attractively appointed rooms are distinguished by their view or by bed type and by their facilities. All rooms are furnished with a king-sized bed or two double-sized beds and are located either in the 17-floor Beach Tower or the 38-floor Oceanarium Tower. Every room offers a spectacular view - panoramas of the lush mountains that provide a stunning backdrop to Waikiki, the azure Pacific Ocean, Diamond Head or the golden fringe of Waikiki Beach.
 
Restaurants & Bars

Oceanarium Restaurant - Below the lobby, adjacent to the glass-walled depths of the 280,000-gallon Oceanarium. Menu includes family-style buffets, prime rib, seafood, and an array of appetizers. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served.
Neptune’s Garden Restaurant - On the second level of the three-story Oceanarium. Intimate, fine-dining restaurant. Seafood and prime steaks. Children’s menu. Live Hawaiian entertainment on select evenings.
Aloha Center Café - Quick meals and snacks, including smoothies, coffee drinks, tropical cocktails, sandwiches, and other light fare.

Activities

With cardio and weight-training equipment, the 24-hour fitness center (surcharge) provides ocean views through picture windows. Guests also enjoy an outdoor splash pool with spa tub and a tennis court (surcharge).
This Honolulu hotel rents coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Vendors offer surfing lessons, equipment rentals, and catamaran and outrigger rides at Waikiki Beach, across the street.
A half-mile away, Kapiolani Park has lighted tennis courts and a three-mile jogging path. The popular 18-hole Ala Wai Golf Course is also a half-mile away.
