Located in downtown Washington, this well-equipped high-rise is just a block from the convention center and three blocks from the MCI Center. On site, the hotel offers an extensive health club with sauna, steam room, and indoor pool. Other amenities include a business center, gift shop, and ATM. Meeting and banquet facilities are available, with event catering and wedding services available from hotel staff. Both valet and self-parking are offered, for an additional charge.
 
Accommodation

This hotel has 807 guestrooms, including 26 suites, on 19 floors. Guestrooms have one king or two double beds, plus work desks with high-speed Internet access (surcharge). Complimentary newspapers are delivered Monday through Friday, and refrigerators are available upon request.

President’s Sports Bar - Open for lunch and dinner, the sports bar offers casual American favorites and plenty of TVs to catch the local sporting scene.
Florentine Restaurant - Breakfast specialties at the hotel's linen-service restaurant include the signature Maryland Crab Hash; lunch and dinner options include steak, seafood, and other contemporary favorites.
Expresso - Located just off the lobby, this espresso and pastry stand offers Starbuck's coffee and Krispy Kreme donuts to go.
Lobby Bar - Guests meet and mingle in this upbeat lounge serving beer, wine, and cocktails. Specialty drinks include the "Washintini," a red, white, and blue specialty martini featuring jelly beans instead of olives. Open afternoons and evenings.

A fitness center, three outdoor tennis courts, an Olympic-style swimming pool, and a wading pool (seasonal) are included in the hotel’s recreational options. Hotel guests receive a discounted pass to a fitness center one block from the hotel.
