Omni Parker House Overview

The sculpted bronze doors and enchanting atmoshpere of the Omni Parker House Boston has made this charming hotel a landmark since 1855. Located on the freedom trail guests who stay at the hotel can enjoy grand views of the historic area of downtown Boston.

The hotel has 551 rooms and provides modern luxury with just a hint of old-world elegance. There are a range of suites on offer and those who choose to stay in the Premier Suites can enjoy their own formal living room and large work area while those who stay in the luxury of the Harvey Parker Suite get their own large dining area, butler's pantry and expansive living room.

All guests get to enjoy the touch of history that Onmi Parker is emersed in. The hotel has been frequented by presidents such as John F. Kennedy, Clinton and Roosevelt among many other famous celebrities and sports stars.  In fact, if you look closely enough you might see a bit of that history with your own eyes. Omni Parker House, it is said, is haunted by the ghost of Harvey Parker who founded the hotel way back in the 1800s. There have numerous sightings over the years and many strange occurences including the elevator that always seems to stop at floor three, when there's no one inside.

Stayed here back in April last year and really enjoyed it. Although I didn't see any ghosts! Maybe next time!
